What you’ll do

As a RUSON, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the healthcare team by delivering delegated patient care under the guidance of a registered nurse. Your tasks will match your education level and assessed skills, giving you practical experience while ensuring safe, quality care. You’ll work within clear guidelines to make a meaningful contribution every day.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will be currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing program and demonstrating solid academic progress. You have a good understanding of the National Safety & Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and excel at building positive relationships with diverse individuals and managing groups. You work well both independently and as part of a team, showing a strong commitment to your ongoing professional development. Additionally, you possess excellent computer skills and communicate clearly and confidently.
