What you’ll do
As the Human Resource & Payroll Administrator at Timboon & District Healthcare Service (TDHS), you’ll be an integral part of our enthusiastic and dedicated HR team, supporting our people, systems and processes. This permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working across HR administration, payroll support and employee services within a collaborative and evolving environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our HR and payroll processes run smoothly, maintaining accurate records, supporting payroll coordination and providing a responsive service to our employees.
Your role will include:
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Supporting payroll processes, including timesheet coordination, pre and post payroll audits, and resolving payroll queries.
- Assisting with HR reporting, compliance activities and policy updates.
- Responding to employee HR and payroll enquiries.
- Providing general HR administration and support to the HR team.

About You

You’ll bring:
- A qualification in HR, Business Administration, or similar — or equivalent experience.
- A genuine interest in HR processes, systems and finding ways to make them work better.
- Strong administration skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong administration and data accuracy skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships, communicate effectively and solve problems.
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to ask questions.
