What you’ll do
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to the CEO who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a central role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring the Executive office operates efficiently and effectively.
In this key position, you'll handle diary management, travel arrangements, and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement, bringing fresh ideas and a strong customer focus to streamline processes and enhance team performance.
Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with other Executive Assistants, offering support when needed and contributing to shared goals. If you're someone who anticipates needs, loves structure, and takes pride in creating order from chaos, we’d love to hear from you.

You're highly organised, calm under pressure, and know how to juggle priorities to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. A confident communicator, you tailor messages to suit different audiences while reflecting the organisation’s values.
Tech-savvy and resourceful, you use a range of software tools to manage meetings, documents, and admin tasks efficiently—and you’re always happy to help others do the same. Most importantly, you're a collaborative team player who brings a positive, can-do attitude and supports shared goals with ease.
