Step into the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager and lead with confidence in delivering exceptional nursing care aligned with ANMC National Competency Standards. About You

We’re looking for a Division 1 Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and at least three years of post-graduate and management experience to step into a rewarding leadership role. This position offers the opportunity to support and guide a dedicated clinical team while contributing to high-quality patient care.

You’ll bring strong organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Your knowledge of awards, industrial agreements, and emergency management will help ensure effective and smooth daily operations.

We value approachable, team-oriented leaders who represent the department and organisation with confidence. Additional skills such as defibrillation, IV cannulation, or progress toward further qualifications would be beneficial.
