About the Role
As Quality Coordinator - Community Services you will be an integral part of our Quality & Risk team, responsible for:
- Assisting with the coordination and implementation of the quality improvement program
- Being the champion for the new Aged Care Act/Support at Home Program and assisting with the collection and submission of quality indicator data.
- Coordinating efforts towards community services accreditation, and participating in accreditation requirements for all areas of the organistion where applicable.
- Coordinating review and update of community services related policies and procedures.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships within the organisation and being a key resource to provide support and education to staff.
