About the Role
Working in the residential care environment the Health Care Worker uses a person-centred approach assisting aged persons with their personal care and activities of daily living. This may include but is not limited to the provision of personal hygiene, continence support, nutrition support and addressing social, emotional and lifestyle care needs. All care interventions are undertaken, wherever possible, with the goal of maintaining resident independence and dignity utilising a person-centred model of care. The Health Care Worker works under the day-to-day direction of the Registered Nurse In Charge. 

We are seeking Health Care Workers to work predominantly afternoon and night shifts.
