About the Role
As a Food & Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both the catering and cleaning teams. In the Catering area, you will assist with the preparation and delivery of nutritious meals for patients, residents. You will work closely with the Food Services Supervisor or Cook to ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to in the preparation and service of meals.
Your responsibilities will also include general and scheduled cleaning duties, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, infection control, and environmental hygiene. Hesse takes a chemical-free approach, and we expect all staff to uphold these policies in their daily tasks.
This is a team-oriented role, where you’ll build strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and other community members.
