The Associate Nurse Unit Manager fulfils a key leadership role out of hours and takes responsibility for the effective operations and management of the integrated health service within a risk management framework. This includes matters of clinical leadership, effective workforce management, emergency management and immediate decisions relating physical resources.
This is a temporary role for night shift Friday, Saturday, Sunday every fortnight until 31/1/2027 .
