About the Role

Great Ocean Road Health (Lorne Campus) are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Graduate Nurse program for Enrolled Nurses, who have just successfully completed their studies and seeking their first year of work as an EN. 

The program will be over a year and provide a supportive environment to consolidate knowledge and develop your nursing skills.  There will be an opportunity to work in our Aged Care area, Acute and Urgent Care Services. There is an extensive education program at both sites which you will be actively encouraged to participate in. Consideration can be given to flexible shift times.

The successful candidates will have a flexible approach and be committed to providing Person Centred approach in our Montessori model of care.
