Great Ocean Road Health serves the communities of Lorne, Apollo Bay, and the Surf Coast, providing high-quality, accessible healthcare close to home. Formed in 2019 through the integration of Lorne Community Hospital and Otway Health, we offer a range of services across our Lorne and Apollo Bay campuses. About the Role

​

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Support Services Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high-quality facility, infrastructure, and support services across Great Ocean Road Health.

 

Working closely with the Support Services Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and operational management of our Catering, Environmental Services, and Maintenance teams. This position ensures the delivery of safe, efficient, and customer-focused services that support excellent healthcare outcomes.

 

The role provides operational oversight of Great Ocean Road Health's facilities, properties, infrastructure, equipment, and assets, ensuring compliance with legislative, accreditation, and organisational requirements. You will contribute to the planning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of support services while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and exceptional customer service across all sites.

 

This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity for approximately 12 months, commencing in December 2026 and concluding in late January 2028, covering a period of parental leave. The successful applicant will be required to work across and travel between our Lorne and Apollo Bay campuses, supporting operations across both locations.
