Support Services Administrator

1. Provide daily administrative support to the Support Services Coordinator, including correspondence, reporting, and record-keeping. 

2. Assist in the planning and execution of facility-related projects and works. 

3. Assist in maintaining Great Ocean Road Health Contract management, procurement and asset management.

About the Role

This role provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of support services across both Apollo bay & Lorne campuses. Responsibilities typically include managing maintenance requests, asset management, property inspections & inventory, handling inquiries, and assisting with compliance and reporting requirements. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to maintain efficient operations and high-quality support for staff & colleagues.
