About the role
Workforce Resource and Roster Lead
Full time
Colac Area Health is a values-based organisation providing a unique integrated health service comprising of over 500 employees, providing Acute Care, Aged Care, Community and Allied Health Services.
The Workforce Resource and Roster Lead is a key leadership role in the Access and Resource Unit and will be responsible for providing support to the Medical, Nursing and Administration workforce as well as key Internal and External stakeholders.
What’s required?
- Confident in utilising a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office with a high level knowledge of Excel.
- Demonstrated high level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders within the organisation and community partners to develop and maintain effective professional relationships.
- Strong customer service ethic and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and work within complex time-pressured environment
- Previous experience is a similar role.
