The Frank Minchinton Centre provides holistic cancer care for patients and their families in the Colac Otway region. The Centre provides a relaxing and friendly atmosphere in modern surrounds. Our dedicated staff are trained professionals and support patients and families through their cancer journey.
Who we care for
Anyone with a cancer diagnosis and their family can access the services within the Frank Minchinton Centre. This could be when diagnosed, in remission or relapse.
Colac Area Health is a currently seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals for the role of a Registered Nuse in our Frank Minchinton Centre.

What’s required?
- Nursing Registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in cancer nursing is desirable.
- Day Oncology experience.
- Qualification in the administration and management of cytotoxic.
- Competent in central line management and IV cannulation.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
