About the role
FOOD SERVICES ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Permanent Part Time 40 hours a fortnight
Colac Area Health is a values-based organisation providing a unique integrated health service comprising of over 500 employees, providing Acute Care, Aged Care, Community and Allied Health Services.
Colac Area Health is seeking friendly, dependable team member to join our food services team as an Admin Assistant 5 days a fortnight.
The Food Services Admin Assistant is a new role created to provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the Food Services Operations Supervisor. This role is the backbone of the operational structure — enabling the Operations Supervisor to focus on leadership, patient experience and service delivery by handling rostering administration, documentation, data management and complaints tracking. The role also serves as the designated succession/Higher Duties coverage for the Operations Supervisor during periods of absence.
