About the role

 

Environmental Services Administrative Assistant
Up to 24 hours per week


Colac Area Health is a values-based organisation providing a unique integrated health service comprising of over 500 employees, providing Acute Care, Aged Care, Community and Allied Health Services.

 

We are seeking a diligent and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and efficient office management. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proficient in office software, and possesses excellent communication skills.


What’s required?

  • A high level of computer literacy with skills in both Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels to develop and maintain effective relationships.
  • Strong customer service ethic and ability to tactfully deal with customer concerns.
  • High level of integrity and ability to use absolute discretion in dealing with sensitive or confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with periodic demands
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed written communication skills
  • A demonstrated understanding of environmental services principles and practices
