As a Community Nursing Enrolled Nurse you will work with a passionate team who hold extensive knowledge and experience in delivery of high quality care in a Community setting. To be successful in the role, you will have?
- Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated high level of motivation and willingness to undertake training regarding provision of nursing within a community setting
- Ability to work collaboratively within an inter-disciplinary team environment
- Previous experience providing nursing services in a community setting
- Well-developed problem solving and clinical reasoning skills
- High level of organisational and time management skills, ability to work within tight timelines and be flexible in a changing environment
- Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal, including the capacity to provide education to support self-management of chronic conditions
- Computer literacy particularly Microsoft office software
- Well developed data analysis and clinical documentation skills
- Current valid Victorian Drivers Licence
- Working with Children and Police Check
