About the facility

Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

 

About the role

Join SWARH’s Warrnambool-based Trak-Edition Project Team as a Pharmacist eMedication Subject Matter Expert (SME) and play a key role in the standardisation and implementation of eMedication workflows across 11 regional health services.

As the Pharmacist eMedication SME, you will:

  • Act as the key liaison between pharmacy clinicians and the project team
  • Optimize Trak EHR workflows to improve efficiencies and patient care
  • Advocate for the effective use of Trak across the region
  • Coordinate and lead Clinical Working Groups to standardize eMedication processes
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary SME team, including Doctors, Allied Health, and Health Informatics specialists
