About the role

Provide ward clerk assistance, secretarial, and receptionist services within Mental Health Drug Alcohol Service Inpatient Units, to enable the team to provide efficient, courteous and clinically effective treatment and care for people experiencing the effects of major mental illness and/or drug and alcohol issues.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Entry of data, print and complete routine reports from relevant databases such as, but not limited to iPMS, The Care Manager (TCM), Bossnet and RAPID in accordance with Barwon Health requirements for use in patient care and health services analysis.
  • Entry of other data into administration spread sheets and data base systems and production or printing of routine reports.
  • Accurate labelling and scanning of client documentation into electronic systems.
  • Participate in the orientation and training of new staff, when required.
