About the role 

As the Technical Business Analyst you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications. You will provide insights to support decision-making and optimise solutions across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the M365 platform.The role involves analysing data, processes, and workflows, including supporting data mapping and migration activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, conduct gap analysis, and support testing to ensure solutions meet standards and business needs. 

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Stakeholder Needs Analysis: Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
  • Business Process Improvement: Evaluate solution options and recommend improvements aligned with organisational and technical capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships, gain stakeholder buy-in, and facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Solution Delivery: Support planning, implementation, and delivery of technical solutions in collaboration with service providers and internal team 
 

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT/Information Systems or equivalent experience, with Business Analyst certification (e.g. CBAP, AAC, PBA) desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in healthcare, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and M365.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, and managing user requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
