About the role
In this exciting opportunity, you’ll support the implementation and ongoing success of SAP SuccessFactors, a major Human Resources Information System (HRIS) initiative led by Barwon Health in partnership with the Southwest Alliance of Rural Health consortium.
Working closely with the System Manager, Product Manager and Director of Remuneration, Benefits & Systems, you’ll contribute to both the business and technical delivery of the HRIS program. You’ll help drive system adoption, improve workforce processes, and support regional health services through a large-scale digital transformation that will have a lasting impact on healthcare organisations across the Barwon South West region.
This role is ideal for a collaborative and solutions-focused professional who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, translating business needs into system outcomes, and contributing to meaningful change in a complex and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors HRIS environment, including system configuration, incident resolution, upgrades and continuous improvement activities.
- Partner with stakeholders, vendors and managed service providers to deliver high-quality system support, manage integrations and ensure service performance outcomes are achieved.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, supporting testing, releases, enhancements and system optimisation initiatives.
- Provide responsive support and expert advice to HR teams and end users, contributing to training, communication, user adoption and positive customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance and data integrity standards through accurate documentation, audit support, risk management and system controls.
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting large-scale HRIS implementations, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong technical and business analysis skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Sound understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, HR processes and best-practice workforce systems.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within complex organisational and stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills, with a proactive approach to delivering business value through technology.
