About the role
Join our Community Rehabilitation team as a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to clients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, manage an independent caseload, and contribute to service development, supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver assessment and intervention for communication and swallowing disorders
- Independently manage a clinical caseload within a community setting
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care
- Supervise and support junior staff and students
What we’re looking for
- Qualified Speech Pathologist eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership
- Experience in neurological communication and swallowing disorders
- Strong teamwork, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to service improvement initiatives
