About the facility 
Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac. 

 

About the role

The Senior Technical Business Analyst will play a crucial role in Barwon South West (BSW) Human Resources Information System (HRIS) project implementation of SAP’s SuccessFactors.  The project name is People Plus.  This role will work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyse and document technical business processes, technical functions and user stories to enhance the People Plus system.  This role will use best practice methodology and industry recognised processes and lead the articulation of business needs and the facilitation of business and system solutions.

 

This role will work closely with the project Solution Architect, Technical Analyst Data Migration and the SWARH ICT Project Manager as well as the future System Administrator and Process Owners.
