About the role
As our Senior Organisational Development Consultant (Employee Experience), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience across Barwon Health. You will lead the design and delivery of strategic initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture, ensuring our people feel valued, connected and empowered to do their best work.
Working collaboratively with leaders and teams across the organisation, you will develop and implement evidence-informed employee engagement, workforce inclusion and cultural change programs that strengthen organisational capability and support Barwon Health's strategic priorities. You will identify current and emerging workforce needs, translate insights into practical solutions, and drive initiatives that enhance the experience of our employees at every stage of their journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Employee Experience team to deliver strategic organisational development, engagement and inclusion initiatives
- Design and deliver employee experience, culture and inclusion programs that strengthen organisational capability and support workforce strategy
- Partner with leaders across the organisation to provide expert advice on culture, engagement, inclusion and organisational development
- Drive program excellence through effective stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting, communications and continuous improvement informed by workforce insights and best practice
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated leadership experience leading organisational development or learning and development teams, with expertise in employee experience, diversity, equity and inclusion, and organisational development.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline
- Proven ability to lead complex, organisation-wide programs, use data to inform decisions, manage competing priorities, and build collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, curiosity and innovation. Experience in healthcare or the public sector is desirable
