About the role
Join a passionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving the mental health, wellbeing and future outcomes of young people across the Barwon region. As the Senior Clinician, Youth Community Care Services (CCS), you will provide advanced clinical leadership while delivering evidence-based assessment, treatment and care coordination to young people aged 18–25 years experiencing complex mental health presentations, including co-occurring alcohol and other drug use and homelessness.
Working collaboratively with the Youth CCS leadership team, you will provide high-quality clinical and line management supervision, support day-to-day operational management, and contribute to service development initiatives that enhance care, strengthen the workforce and improve outcomes for young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert clinical leadership, supervision and support to a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based mental health and alcohol and other drug care.
Deliver high-quality, recovery-oriented assessment, treatment and care coordination for young people with complex mental health, psychosocial and comorbidity needs.
Contribute to the operational leadership, continuous improvement and service development of Youth Community Care Services, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care.
