About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values holistic care, continuity, and building meaningful relationships with service users — all within regular daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
- Undertaking clinical assessments and monitoring health conditions
- Administering medications and treatments in line with protocols
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing individual care plans
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records
- Providing guidance and support to support workers and junior staff
About You
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Recent experience in acute medical, surgical, or community nursing
- Demonstrated competence in IV cannulation and medication administration
- Strong clinical judgement and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development
