About the role
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled registered nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care to patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Support and educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
- Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff.

- Proven experience in a general medical or acute care setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Ability to work all shifts, including AM, PM, nights and weekends
