About the role

As the Product Manager, M365 you will lead the strategy, governance, adoption and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 platform across SWARH and member health services. Acting as the product owner for M365, you will work closely with executives, business units and ICT teams to ensure the platform delivers secure, innovative and high-value digital workplace solutions.

You will drive the M365 product roadmap, oversee lifecycle management and champion user experience, collaboration and digital transformation initiatives across a complex healthcare environment. This role also provides leadership to a multidisciplinary technical and change team, supporting innovation, service excellence and organisational capability uplift.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the Microsoft 365 product strategy and roadmap aligned to organisational and regional digital priorities
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, vendor relationships and user adoption initiatives across SWARH and member organisations
  • Oversee governance, security, lifecycle management and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange
  • Provide leadership and direction to engineers, analysts and support staff while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

 

What we’re looking for

  • Significant experience in product management, enterprise platforms or digital workplace solutions, ideally within Microsoft 365 environments
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, governance, lifecycle management and adoption strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across executive, clinical and operational teams
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical and change teams within a complex organisation
