About the role 

To provide high quality administration support services in conjunction with the Workplace Relations Contracts and Support and the People Assist Teams to the People and Culture Directorate, and all Barwon Health Managers and Employees.

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Prepare and issue employment contracts and ensure accurate onboarding documentation
  • Maintain employee records across payroll, recruitment, and contract systems
  • Coordinate compliance processes, including police checks and WWCC renewals
  • Provide administrative support and collaborate with the Workplace Relations team

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Relevant HR qualification (Cert III or higher) or equivalent experience
  • Strong administration experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage confidential data and work collaboratively
