About the facility

Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

 

About the role

As the Parallel Payroll Run (PPR) Lead, you will support the successful implementation of People Plus, the SAP SuccessFactors Human Resource Information System being rolled out across Barwon South West (BSW) Health Services, led by Barwon Health.

 

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the payroll technology platform through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. This includes comparing and analysing payroll results between the legacy system and SAP SuccessFactors to identify, investigate and resolve any discrepancies or adverse impacts on payroll calculations.

 

As the PPR Lead, you will also identify, log, track and manage issues between the legacy and new systems, and lead the design, set-up and testing of prototype and production payroll solutions to ensure all components work together seamlessly.
