About the role
As the Executive Assistant you will provide executive support to the Director of Pharmacy, and administrative support to the Deputy Directors of Pharmacy for the business operation of Pharmacy Department.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive support including diary management, correspondence, and confidential documentation
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and committee processes
- Support rostering, leave management, payroll coordination, and recruitment activities
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and departmental documentation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations
What we’re looking for
- Proven administration experience in a busy environment (health sector desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High level of attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
