About the role 

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Level 2) to join Health Wing 7 within the Medicine, Specialist Medicine and Emergency Division.

Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, consumer-centred nursing care in a dynamic acute care environment. You will contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of patient care plans, ensuring safe, evidence-based practice and positive patient outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team where collaboration, clinical excellence and continuous improvement are highly valued.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with Enrolled Nurse Level 2 competencies and organisational policies.
  • Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to support assessment, care planning and evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with regulatory and organisational standards.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by participating in audits, incident reporting and improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate culturally appropriate, respectful and consumer-centred care at all times.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (AHPRA) with minimum 12 months’ experience.
  • Qualification from a recognised educational institution in Nursing.
  •  Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in line with organisational values.
  • Willingness to undertake shift work and complete mandatory training requirements.
