About the role
In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for residents and their families, ensuring a welcoming and seamless transition into our aged care facilities. You will coordinate and support all aspects of the admission process while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Working closely with clinical and administrative teams, you will help maintain optimal occupancy levels across our residential services and contribute to a positive, compassionate experience for every resident.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage resident admissions across aged care facilities
- Provide responsive, empathetic support to residents, families, and stakeholders
- Ensure all documentation and processes are completed accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions into care
- Monitor and support occupancy management across services
- Maintain clear, professional communication at all times
What we’re looking for
- Experience in aged care, healthcare administration, or a customer-focused role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to person-centred care
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in administrative systems and documentation processes
