About the role 

The End‑User Computing (EUC) Coordinator is a specialist role responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery, maintenance, and continual improvement of end‑user computing services across our health services. This position is responsible for ensuring desktops, laptops, mobile devices, thin clients, telephony, and associated applications meet the operational and clinical needs of our members. The EUC Coordinator works closely with a broad range of stakeholders including user groups, project teams, vendors, and ICT support staff to maintain a reliable, secure, and compliant endpoint environment that supports safe and effective service delivery.

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Deliver level 3 support, manage incidents and service requests, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless end-user computing services.
  • Oversee testing, packaging, deployment, and maintenance of EUC applications, ensuring smooth integration across devices and environments.
  • Maintain consistent device build, imaging, and configuration standards, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and alignment with organisational policies.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance EUC services, optimise processes, and implement new technologies to improve user experience.

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, endpoint management platforms (e.g. MECM/SCCM, Intune), and end-user technologies.
  • Proven experience in supporting end-user environments, with advanced troubleshooting skills to manage complex or escalated issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of IT Service Management principles, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
