About the role

 

As the Digitial Learning Lead you will be approachable, relationship‑driven champion for digital capability across the Centre for Education & Training. You will be an energetic, engaging, and proactive communicator who thrives on connecting with educators, building confidence, and inspiring innovation in digital learning.The role requires a strong customer‑service mindset, with the ability to work consultatively, provide hands‑on support and coaching, and motivate colleagues at all levels to develop their digital practice. 

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Build staff capability in digital pedagogy and learning design through coaching, mentoring, and collaboration with educators and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the design and development of engaging, accessible, and evidence-based digital learning solutions using appropriate tools and technologies.
  • Ensure digital learning solutions meet organisational standards for quality, accessibility, and compliance, while contributing to governance and LMS oversight.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and enhance digital learning programs using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and future-focused initiatives.

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Expertise in current and emerging strategies/technologies for learning and engagement 
  • Knowledge in creating impactful digital instructional materials
  • Proficiency in using, teaching and evaluating educating technologies 
  • Ability to support and guide staff in digital education design and development
  • Ability to manage projects and resources with adherence to timelines 
  • Client-focused with a strong service orientation
  • Experience in multimedia (video skill set)
