About the role
As a Dietitian at Barwon Health, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based dietetic care to renal patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to service development, quality improvement, and student supervision. The role is based at University Hospital Geelong with potential work at other Barwon Health sites.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, consumer-centred dietetic care across the care continuum.
- Support and mentor students, junior dietitians, and Allied Health Assistants.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and service development projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, high-quality care.
What we’re looking for
- Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) or eligible for registration.
- Strong clinical skills with ability to manage a demanding caseload.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary settings.
- Commitment to professional development, reflective practice, and culturally safe care.
