About the role
In the role of Customer Services Officer (Grade 1), Admissions Team, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families and visitors, ensuring a smooth and supportive admission experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing patient admissions, discharges and documentation
- Collecting and recording patient information accurately
- Supporting billing processes including private health insurance checks
- Providing informed financial consent and cost estimates
- Liaising with patients, families and internal teams
- Delivering high-quality customer service in a busy hospital environment

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Confident using computer systems and administrative processes
- A team player with a professional and empathetic approach
