About the role

This role is flexibly deployed across AIS and CCS to meet operational demand.

  • Deliver intensive community-based care for high-acuity consumers
  • Support admissions, referrals and care coordination as clinically required
  • Participate in service development, quality improvement and peer review

What we’re looking for

You are a capable clinician with strong assessment and decision-making skills.

 

  • Experienced in acute mental health and/or AOD community settings
  • Confident managing risk with support from Senior Clinicians
  • Committed to recovery-oriented, culturally responsive practice
