About the Role
As the Clinical Trial Coordinator - ALCC you will support current and upcoming trials by working with colleagues and in collaboration with a dynamic multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality of data collected and successful trial management. As the Clinical Trial Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination and management of a dedicated portfolio of clinical trials involving liaison, patient education and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of clinical trials at Andrew Love Cancer Centre, supporting participant recruitment, screening, enrolment, treatment and follow-up in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Maintain high-quality clinical trial data and documentation, including participant schedules, electronic databases, adverse event reporting and data queries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ALCOA+ principles
- Build effective relationships with participants, families, investigators, sponsors and multidisciplinary teams, providing clear trial information, education and communication to support participant safety, engagement and successful study outcomes
What we’re looking for
- Relevant degree in Nursing, Science, Health Science or a related health or research discipline, with clinical trials experience highly desirable
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Demonstrated proficiency in IT systems, databases and data management, with knowledge of ICH-GCP and NHMRC ethical research principles highly desirable
