About the role
The Change Analyst will play a key role in the file migration project to migrate files off current file servers and SharePoint 2013 to the Microsoft 365 (M365) platform. It will ensure project objectives are delivered on time and on budget and increase SWARH customer adoption and usage of the Microsoft 365 (M365) platform. Working with the M365 and SWARH team, this role will work to drive faster adoption and file migration activity, along with higher utilisation of and proficiency with the M365 product set. This project will drive a stepped improvement in collaboration and communication outcomes across the Barwon South West region’s healthcare services.
Key responsibilities
- Support the existing change management practise across the organisation to serve and support the successful delivery of change initiatives
- Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments using Change Methodologies (i.e. PROSCI/ADKAR) to support change management activities, as directed by Manager.
- Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in conjunction with Manager to document and communicate change activities.
- Produce effective learning material on the M365 Adoption Hub SharePoint site and lead the delivery of a broad training program related to migration awareness and building key competencies for the users.
- Manage and implement change activities for the Project to support the Change Manager and to ensure successful implementation of the project.
- Understand the organisational culture and determine how to help facilitate change across the SWARH membership.
- Assist Change Manager to conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of Change Management and Communication Plans
What we’re looking for
- Solid experience as a Change Analyst, including effectively implementing changes to business processes, systems and technology
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver high quality training material and programs in a variety of formats including distributing through Learning Management Systems
- Organisational Change Management experience particularly managing and coordinating people impacts, communications and training
- Demonstrated effectiveness in a role which interacts with all levels of stakeholders
- Knowledge or experience in structured change and project management methodologies (eg. ADKAR, PRINCE2, AGILE, LEAN, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in supporting change initiatives including the successful implementation of business change activities, in large, complex environments
- High-level of effective communication skills (oral presentation, written, information presentation) in order to engage with a wide variety of internal and external professionals at all organisational levels, and groups
- Strong ability to identify opportunities to improve team performance through change interventions
