About the role

As an Allied Health Educator, you will lead interprofessional education and training across Barwon Health’s allied health workforce—building capability, supporting competence, and advancing service excellence.

You will design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate high-quality education programs across the organisation. In this dynamic and collaborative position, you’ll work closely with the Education & Training Manager – Allied Health, other educator teams, subject matter experts, and leaders across Barwon Health to support best-practice learning environments aligned with strategic goals and clinical excellence.

This is an ideal opportunity for a senior clinician with a passion for developing others, strong communication skills, and demonstrated experience in education, supervision, and interprofessional learning.

Please note Barwon Health will only contact you via our official email and never use unconventional means, such as text messaging or other services.
