About the role

The Allied Health Clinical Educator plays a key role in developing, delivering and evaluating learning and practice development initiatives across Mental Health, Drugs and Alcohol Services (MHDAS). Working within a multidisciplinary Education and Training team, the position supports an integrated model of care for consumers, carers and supporters. The role promotes evidence-based education, strengthens clinical capability across the allied health workforce, and fosters a culture of lifelong learning, collaboration and continuous improvement across the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver and evaluate evidence-based education and practice development programs.
  • Support integrated care capability across allied health within MHDAS.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary education strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

What we are looking for: 

  • Allied health professional with experience in clinical education or workforce development.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based training in complex health settings.
  • Strong collaborative skills with a commitment to lifelong learning and integrated care.
