About the Role

As a Medical Specialist Clinics Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-quality, confidential administrative and reception support, helping ensure patients receive timely and equitable access to care.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional reception and clerical support in accordance with Barwon Health policies and procedures
  • Assist in maintaining efficient clinic operations
  • Communicate effectively with patients and the multidisciplinary team
  • Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks
  • Adapt to service needs across medical specialist clinics
 

About You

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent customer service with a positive, team-focused attitude
    • Confident using computers and healthcare systems
    • Willing to learn and contribute to a supportive environment
    • Flexible with rostered shifts
