About the role

The role of Administration and Customer Service Officer (Grade 1), Community Health is to assist the Carer Support team with customer service and administrative tasks, ensuring excellent customer service for clients, family members, service providers and the public in their initial interaction with the Service. This role also has a focus on high quality admin processes including reconciling invoices, vouchers and other supports offered to carers.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily reception and administrative duties, including accurate data entry and timely invoice processing.

  • Manage high-volume invoicing, reconciliation, purchase orders, vendor relationships, procurement coordination, reporting, and compliance activities.

  • Provide timely, accurate information in response to enquiries regarding services and accounts.

  • Comply with Barwon Health, Carer Support and Carer Gateway policies, procedures, documentation standards, and quality improvement requirements.

  • Support workplace health and safety by adhering to OH&S policies, legislative requirements, and undertaking other duties consistent with the role.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Appropriate qualifications / experience in administration and office management.
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence
