About the facility
Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.
About the Centre for Education Training
The Centre for Education and Training leads an integrated approach to clinical education and training, helping Barwon Health to achieve its education goals by delivering, supporting and promoting coordinated, quality education and training across health care roles in Barwon Health and the Barwon South Western region. We comprise of an inter-professional team of clinical educators and support staff across allied health, nursing, midwifery, and medical disciplines, working together to develop clinicians who model excellent practice, challenge poor practice, and inspire others
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer- Grade 2 to join our Centre for Education and Training (CET) Administration Team. This role plays a pivotal part in providing support across a number of CET services, digital platforms and learning spaces. The role requires the ability to prioritise a variety of tasks, prepare routine and ad hoc reports, organise systems and processes, and maintain digital sites whilst providing high quality customer service.
