About the facility
Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.
About the role
The role of the At Home Program Administration Officer is to provide highly effective and efficient administration services to all programs within and to contribute to the overall performance of At Home programs including Residential in Reach, Community Nursing, Sub Acute @Home, Connected Care and Post Acute Care. The successful applicant may have supervisory responsibilities for other administrative roles across the program. A focus of this role is ensuring that the administration functions support the client journey and the core principles of consumer centred care.
