Key Responsibilities

Deliver consumer-centred, courteous reception and customer service, ensuring confidentiality, accurate patient registration, and a welcoming experience for women, families, and visitors.

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining clear and professional communication to support effective patient flow and positive consumer outcomes.

Maintain accurate data entry, documentation, and audits while complying with Barwon Health policies, privacy, information management legislation, and mandatory training requirements.

Use clinical and administrative systems (iPM, BOSSnet, Birthing Outcomes System) appropriately, identifying and reporting data issues to support safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with advanced computer literacy including MS Office; ability to learn specialist systems
- Experience using iPM
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a busy, consumer-focused environment
- Flexibility to work rostered shifts
